General Terms and Conditions

Interim version of October 7, 2026

These terms apply to quotes, orders and invoices issued by Publicité Xtranumerik inc. (“Xtranumerik”).

1. Quote and order

The products or services, prices, term, broadcast dates and payment schedule are those shown on the quote or order accepted by the client. In case of discrepancy, the quote or order prevails over these terms.

2. Prices and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST and QST are added where applicable.

3. Payment

Invoices are payable by the due date shown. After a notice that remains unanswered, Xtranumerik may suspend the services related to an unpaid invoice.

4. Advertisements

The client warrants that it holds the rights to the advertisements supplied (images, trademarks, music, people shown) and that their content is lawful. Xtranumerik may refuse or remove any advertisement that breaches its broadcasting rules, including advertising for a direct competitor of the business where the screen is installed.

6. Language

These terms are drafted in French. The English version is provided for information purposes.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec. The courts of the judicial district of Beauce have jurisdiction.
